condo on the 5th floor in South Beach Condo Hotel. We take care of
it ourselves including cleaning. You have a marvelous view from
every room to the beaches. We just installed new Hurricane Proof
Windows all around! Especially enjoy the amazing sunsets from
your own balcony.

We offer to all our guests a complementary bottle of wine from
France/Italy or Germany for your personal enjoyment.
You can play Golf and Tennis at the Public Treasure Island Golf &
Tennis Club "Treasure Bay", nearby on the Intracoastal Waterway.
This area of Treasure Island is close to well-known up-dated John's Pass
Boardwalk and Village, which abounds with great restaurants, beach bars, beach
activities, fishing trips, boating rentals and a Casino Boat. Make
it a vacation to remember - with Ybor City, Busch Gardens, Tampa's
Aquarium and Lowry Park Zoo only 30- 50 minutes away.
In downtown St. Petersburg you can choose between different Art
Museums, i.e. Salvador Dali Museum. We recommend a visit to the
newly opened Tampa Bay Automobile Museum with a special collection
of mostly European vintage cars.
Several cruise lines start from Tampa to the Caribbean Islands.
You can drive to Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World in
Orlando and continue to Kennedy Space Center on the Atlantic Ocean.
RATES and SPECIAL OFFERS for 2008/2009 per Night and Week!
We like to point out, that our condo is a CONDO - HOTEL and we are able to rent by
the day, or a long weekend and not necessarily just by the week.
We offer a Special Low Rate for the months of October, November and December 2008.
$ 850 per week or $ 125 per day, plus 12 % tax plus $ 80/100 for cleaning.
Please check our calendar for availability.
All our regular prices depend on the time of the year, the number of guests and for how long the
guests are staying. We honor also early bookings. 5 % Discount for returning guests.
Daily/Weekly Rates:
Summer Season: July 12 - Sept. 28 $ 128 per night $ 875 per week
Fall Season: Sept. 28 - Dec. 28 $ 125 per night $ 850 per week
Winter Season: Dec. 28 - Jan. 31 $ 135 per night $ 930 per week
Peak Season: Jan. 31 - April 25 $ 185 per night $ 1,250 per week
Spring Season: April 25 - May 30 $ 150 per night $ 1,050 per week
Summer/Fall Season: May 30 - Aug. 29 $ 130 per night $ 900 per week
Cleaning fee: $ 80 for 4 persons, $ 100 for 5 - 6 persons.
FL. State Sales Tax of 7 % and Tourism Tax of 5 % will be added.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
There is a $ 300 security/damage deposit due at time of booking and will be reimbursed the same day
you leave our condo in good condition.
Rental occupancy is not to exceed the accommodation, for which you booked this unit and which is
mentioned in writing in this Rental Agreement. Exceeding the number of persons or bringing any
animals, will result in additional charges or you may be asked to leave this condo.

Smoking allowed only outside on the balcony. Thank you for your
consideration to your fellow renters and to us as owners. Dogs are
not allowed on the premises and not on the beaches.
