Ft and a big balcony. This vacation condo is a corner unit and therefore, you have the most amazing views from every room over the wide beaches on the west side and to the Intracoastal Waterway on the east side.

We are the proud owners of this beautiful in 2008 newly furnished
condo on the 5th floor as a corner unit and at the end of the hallway.
You enjoy a stunning view from every single room over the beaches to
the Gulf of Mexico with nothing obstructing your view, i.e. no other
building, no street lamps, no palm trees, etc.

We live also in Treasure Island very close by and take care of
your/our vacation condo personally - also the cleaning!

We installed new Hurricane Proof Windows all around!

Wireless Internet Surfing is FREE.
Parking on the premises is FREE.

We just installed a new HIGH DEFINITION FLAT SCREEN TV, 37" wide
with a built-in DVD in the living room.

We just added on top of the mattressess the "Comfort Touch Memory

Treasure Island just got a new "Publix" , opened in October 2008, for
your daily needs and all the fresh groceries. Open Fresh Market is
every Friday next to our Community Center, 5 minutes to drive from
your vacation condo.

This area of Treasure Island is close to well-known up-dated John's
Pass Boardwalk and Village, which abounds with great restaurants,
beach bars, beach activities, fishing trips, boating rentals
and a Casino Boat. Make it a vacation to remember - with Ybor City,
Busch Gardens, Tampa's Aquarium and Lowry Park Zoo only 30- 50
minutes away.

In downtown St. Petersburg you can choose to visit different Art
Museums, smaller Art Galleries, and most unique Salvador Dali Museum.
Excellent new restaurants opened recently - all worth a try!

Several cruise lines start from Tampa to the Caribbean Islands.

You can drive to Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World in
Orlando and continue to Kennedy Space Center on the Atlantic Ocean.

We like to point out, that our condo is a CONDO - HOTEL and we are
able to rent by the day, or a long weekend and not necessarily just
by the week.

All our regular prices depend on the time of the year, the number of
guests and for how long the guests are staying. We honor also early
bookings. 5 % Discount for returning guests.

There is a $ 300 deposit due at time of booking and
will be reimbursed the same day you leave our condo in good condition.
Rest of payment on your day of arrival to us in person and you will
receive 2 sets of keys from us in exchange.

Rental occupancy is not to exceed the accommodation, for which you
booked this unit and which is mentioned in writing in this Rental
Agreement. Exceeding the number of persons or bringing any animals,
will result in additional charges or you may be asked to leave this
condo.

This is a smoke-free building, you are only allowed to smoke outside.
