We are  the Jewel on the Gulf Coast in Treasure Island
in SOUTH BEACH CONDO HOTEL situated directly on the beach with about 925 sq Ft and a big balcony.

You can enjoy bird's eyes views from this vacation corner condo on the 5th floor from every room over the wide beaches. The spacious furnished balcony allows you to enjoy the ever changing  sunsets and gives you inner peace and a feeling of romance. Imagine yourself sipping a glass of wine and hear the waves rolling in......

This Unit is the only property we rent and care for. We furnished it all new in 2012 and are always improving and updating. We live also privately in Treasure Island very close by and take care of your/our vacation condo personally.  I do the cleaning myself! I iron the bed linen personally for a "feel good" touch.

Wireless Internet Surfing is FREE.
Parking on the premises is FREE.

We installed a new HIGH DEFINITION FLAT SCREEN TV, 37" wide
with a built-in DVD in the living room.

In December 2011 we had a new Air-Conditioner System installed.
In October 2012 we replaced washer and dryer with more efficient units.
In December 2012 we bought a new floor lamp with a reading light.
In December 2012 also we installed a new bookshelf for our books, CD's and family games.

There are two Elevators in this building.

Master Bedroom with a new comfortable King Size Bed mattress.
Second Bedroom with two new comfortable Twin Beds mattresses.
Living room has a pull-out couch which converts to a Queen size bed, ideal for your younger children.

We offer also a baby cot with linen and baby blanket for a small fee and also an air mattress with pump for your own comfort.

We installed new HURRICANE PROOF WINDOWS all around our condo, as this is the corner unit being direchtly on the beaches.

We added on top of the mattressess the "Comfort Touch Memory
Foam Reversible 3" Mattress Topper" - this is the ultimate in luxury
and therapy. It is made with an innovative new eco-friendly foam that
keeps your sleeping temperature just right.
New bedding for the master bedroom as well as for the twin bedroom.

Two separate full Bathrooms with granite countertops with hand soap and beach towels and two hairdryers for your comfort.

Living room has a spacious sitting area and provides room to walk and stretch out or to read a book. The dining table for 4 guests is very comfortable to eat or to play games, as there is a Special lamp above this table.

i.e. Microwave, 4 slice Toaster, Blender, Coffee Machine for 8 cups, 
Owen/Range with glass top and all silverware and dishes for 8 to 12 guests, Pots and Pans, etc.

We installed a "whispering" toilet lid, which closes slowly and quietly. It is fun, find out yourself. 

On the ground floor you can play table tennis and we provide two paddles and balls.

South Beach Condo Hotel has also a friendly Management on site, which
can help you with all your questions and concerns.

We offer to all our guests a complementary bottle of wine from
France or Germany for your personal enjoyment. You just have to
tell us about your preferences: white, rose or red wine!

You can play Golf and Tennis at the Public Treasure Island Golf &
Tennis Club "Treasure Bay", nearby on the Intracoastal Waterway.
Treasure Island just got a new "Publix"  in 2011 for your daily needs and all
fresh groceries.

This area of Treasure Island is close to the well-known Tourist Village
John's Pass Boardwalk and Village, which abounds with great restaurants,
beach bars, beach activities, fishing trips, boating rentals
and a Casino Boat. Make it a vacation to remember - with Ybor City,
Busch Gardens, Tampa's Aquarium and Lowry Park Zoo only 30- 50
minutes away.

In downtown St. Petersburg you can choose to visit different Art
Museums, smaller Art Galleries, and most unique New Salvador Dali Museum. 
There is also a new Chihuly Museum in St. Petersburg downtown. Excellent new restaurants opened recently - all worth a try!

Several cruise lines start from Tampa to the Caribbean Islands and Mexico.

You can drive to Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World in
Orlando and continue to Kennedy Space Center on the Atlantic Ocean from our condo and it takes about a 2 - 3 hours drive.

                        Parking and Wireless Internet Surfing are FREE.                                               

This is the only property we rent and therefore, we take the time and pride to give you an outstanding service. I do the cleaning myself and I even iron the linen for you.

There is a minimum of $ 400 deposit due at time of booking.
Only with the receipt of your deposit check you have booked our condo. Until then we reserve the right to book the condo with another interested guest.

Rest of payment due 14 days before your day of arrival.

On your day of arrival, you do not experience long waiting lines to check-in. Instead, please call us, when you are closer to Treasure Island and I will meet your personally at the condo. I will give you the tour of the condo and you will receive 2 sets of keys from me.

Cancellation: A sixty (60) day Notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur
NO PENALTY.

Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days on the arrival date, forfeit only the full reservation deposit.

No refunds for cancellation less than 12 days prior to check-in date.
No refunds will be given after the guest arrived or if the guest did not show up at all.

Storm Policy: Hurricane or Storm Policy.
No Refund will be given unless the State or local authorities order mandatory evacuations.

Rental occupancy is not to exceed the PERSONS for which you booked this unit and which is mentioned in writing in the Rental Agreement.

We will charge $ 20 per person per night + 12 % tax for visitors/guests, if they were NOT mentioned in our Rental Agreement.

This is a smoke-free building, you are only allowed to smoke outside.

This condo Unit 508 is privately owned by us, Peter and Monika Gewecke.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while you are on the premises or use its facilities.
We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
