Activities and Attractions

Vero beach is noted for wildlife viewing. A national wildlife refuge  
is on the indian river to protect pelican and sea bird nesting  
areas.  Disney's seaside resort is 5 miles to the north on A1A.   
Fantastic public golf courses, tennis, charter fishing, a world  
class art museuem and theatre are on the island.  Vero beach is a  
vacation paradise. If this sounds like your type of vacation

In Season Rate (Dec 16th - May 17th): 
Weekly     $1,875.00  (Limited Availability) 
Monthly    $7,000.00  (4 Week Rental Period) 
 
Off Season Rate (May 20th - Dec 15th): 
Weekly     $1,350.00 
Monthly    $4,800.00  (4 Week Rental Period) 
 
Weekly and monthly occupancies run from 3:00pm Sunday (check-in)  
through 10:00am Sunday (check-out).
