• This home is rented one time per month. All stays less than a month will be pro-rated.
• $50.00 Renter Insurance Policy on all Reservations. No Security Deposit.
• $100.00 Fee on all Cancelled Reservations
• All rates reflect a 3% discount for payment by cash, personal and cashier's check or money order. 
• Add 3% for credit card charges. Payments by check must be received 4 weeks before arrival date, otherwise payment must be charged to a credit card.
• All reservations must be made by phone, only.
• A credit card is manditory to hold all reservations.
• No refunds on cancellations of 30 days or less.
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
