Vacation Rental Description

Condos were not damaged by hurricane Dolly
Rent one or up to three for a gathering of family or friends. All condos were remodeled in the fall  
of 2006.  You won't find nicer small condos then these.  All condos have new furniture, a queen bed 
and a full bathroom in the master bedroom, two bunks in an extra wide hallway and a sofa sleeper in 
the living room.  All have 2 full bathrooms and 2 parking place in  front.  The two upstairs condos 
were more extensively remodeled and include washer/dryer, dishwasher, new appliances, granite 
counter, new tile, and a new walkin deluxe tiled shower in the master bedroom.  The 4th condo in 
this 4-plex is occupied by an onsite manager.
The pool and gazebo take up the entire backyard and is shared by only the 4 condo's.  It is the 
nicest pool and backyard on South Padre Island in a small complex.  Wow, what a place to gather with 
family or friends.
The 4-plex is located in the middle of South Padre and is near shopping and restaurants and best of 
all it's only 1 block to the beach.
Small pets are allowed with approval.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All condos have fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster,  
plenty of pots and pans and dishes.  All condos have air conditioning and cable TV. 
Linens are provided in all.  The two upstairs condos include washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Activities and Attractions

On site and nearby activities include:  Beachcoming, Golf, Boating, 
Surf Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Jet Ski's, Movie 
Theater Water Park (seasonal), Windsurfing, Biking, Shopping, 
Wildlife and Birding Centers, Hiking, Minature Golf, Horseback 
Riding, Zoo, and several Museums
