Vacation Rental Description

In a beautifull new brick building, situated atop Owl's Bread Bakery 
and restaurant in downtown Magog. Just a few steps away from the 
beach, marina and shopping, and 10 min. driving distance from Orford 
ski resort and golf.
Luxurious and modern condo with contemporary furnishings and kitchen 
decorated with style. Very large dining and living areas.
Very bright and quiet with many large bay windows. 
European style bathroom with slate shower cabin and heated floor. 
Large terrace (450sq ft) with sunset view overlooking marina and 
lake. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

As situated above french bakery and restaurant, room service is 
available on demand. Included is a 5% discount on all purchases made 
in bakery and restaurant. 
Upon arrival,a mini bar with snacks and refreshments (water, sodas, 
beers, crackers, peanuts...). Replenished on demand.
Fresh towels and linens are provided upon arrival and thereafter 
possibility of maid and laundry service.
Fully equiped kitchen and appliances.
Washing machine and dryer.
Air conditionned.
Satellite T.V. Desk with high speed internet.
Complete alarm system related to central.

Summer season: marina and lake activities (sailing, swimming, water 
skiing, seadoo...) roller blading along the lake. Golf. Trekking. 
Wetland and bird observation. Cycling and mountain biking.

activities to choose from, but too many to enumerate (St Benedict 
Abbey, Lavender Farms...)
Winter season: alpine skiing at 3 major ski resorts : Orford, 
Owl'S Head and Jay Peak (VT).
A very large cross country ski area at Mount Orford. 
Skating along the lake.
Ice fishing. Dog sleigh...
Sugaring

Plenty of night life and entertainment. 
1h15 drive to Montreal, 25 min. drive to Sherbrooke. 15min. to U.S. 
boarder (Highway 89) 6hrs drive to N.Y.
