boasts an entertainment centre and wet bar for your enjoyment and
pleasure. The kitchen would make even Wolfgang envious; with, all of
its counter space finished in polished granite and populated with
all the premium appointments, stoves, ovens and gadgets needed to
feed the most discerning of palates. The dinning area is bordered
by a very large picture window that waits every day for the morning
sun and the day’s parade of golfers to the 5th hole pin. Two (2)
master suites, at opposite sides of the house, make up the
sleeping accommodations. Both suites have walk-in closets with
security locks and their own bath facilities. The baths are all
outfitted with premium fittings and appointments. Additionally, the
house is equipped with washer and dryer, keyless entry, monitored
motion and infrared security system. Heated pool and spa are
located within steps of the courtyard gate.

The surrounding area has nothing less then world class golf, tennis,
shopping and restaurants.

SPA Appointments, at the world famous La Quinta Resort, can be

Deposits and Fees

Refundable Security Deposit $250.00 is required
Rental deposit of 25% of total stay, up to $750.00.
*Refundable up until 30 days of booking date.

Cleaning Fee of $125.00.

No contract shall exist between either party until the
Security Deposit, Rental Deposit and Cleaning Fee have
been received by owner, and or agent of same. All
deposits and fees are due and payable within 4
working days of verbal and or written commitment of
specified dates, rates, deposits and fees.
