which both have  King size beds. 3rd Floor has 2 bunk rooms,(total of
4 twin beds)and a den with a full futon and limited Gulf Views.

The large private, heated pool is nestled in the back yard and is
surrounded by landscaping.There is a large deck with eating area and gas grill, thaqt overlooks the pool area. Many enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch while enjoying a sunset cocktail.  “Beach Baby” is located in beautiful
Seagrove Beach on a dead end street which eliminates any traffic and noise and also provides privacy and a safe place for kids to play. The easy walk to the beach takes 2 minutes.

"Beach Baby" provides 3 King size beds,1 Full Futon, 1 Queen sleeper
sofa in den and 4 Twin beds (Bunks). Recently renovated, there are brand new stainless steel appliances, Kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and hardwood floors. This is a great Family retreat house !

Heated Swimming Pool, lots of large open Decks, pool toys, ceiling
fans, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, extra
parking available, charcoal grill, microwave, dishwasher,
washer/dryer, DVD, VCR, TVs, Stereo system, all linens provided
