This SPACIOUS one bedroom apartment is on the garden level of a
townhouse located on the Upper West Side/ Morningside Heights.
The apartment is right between Central Park and Morningside Park,
near Columbia U. It is very quiet, with a peaceful garden in the back -
great for relaxing after a busy day touring NYC. The apartment is
conveniently located near the B and C subway lines for a quick ride
to midtown (Times Square, theater, shopping, Macy's, Empire, Top of
the Rock, museums,) and downtown (Soho,WTC,Chinatown, Greenwich
Village, Statue of Liberty).
The property is newly renovated and VERY CLEAN with all modern
conveniences. There are hardwood floors throughout this lovely full
floor garden apartment. It sleeps two - six people. The large bedroom
(with garden access), has a king size bed, desk, closet and large dresser.
In the livingroom there are two double futon beds, which can sleep 2-
4 more people. There is a blow up mattress and crib w/ sheets if you need. The kitchen is open and spacious with granite counter tops and everything you need to prepare your meals, and the dining area seats six. There is a large bathroom which is all marble with a whirlpool bathtub. It is kept very fresh and clean! a washer/ dryer are inside the apartment for your personal use. The garden has a table and chairs, so that you can enjoy your breakfast in open air - or relax with a glass of wine in the evening.
