TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED ON RESERVATIONS, cleaning fee waived with 3 night+ rental, THREE NIGHT MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS.
WEEKLY RATE CONSISTS OF PAYING FOR SEVEN NIGHTS.
FULL MONTH MINIMUM ON JAN. & FEB. LONG TERM RENTALS.
MONTHLY RENTALS FORFEIT DEPOSIT IF CANCELLED 30 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
ALL RENTAL CHARGES ARE DUE AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
You agree that GreatGetAway Condos will charge $30 for any cancellation more than 10 days from your arrival date. Within 10 days, you agree that you are responsible for the complete reservation. If GreatGetAway Condos rebooks the reservation, there will only be a $30 cancellation fee. Weather conditions are not a valid reason for cancellation, however, if the island is evacuated, a different cancellation policy may be instituted. The homeowner retains the right to police the number of guests in their condo and guests will be charged accordingly.
