Indian Wells, located just 15 miles from downtown Palm Springs, is 
home to internationally recognized sporting events including the 
Pacific Life Open Tennis Tourament, and the Bob Hope Chrysler 
Classic.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside
As this is  a serene, quiet neighborhood--
No Parties over 6 at any time
No loud patio activity after 11 PM
No loud music inside which would distub neighbors, after 11 PM
No pets allowed any time except on approval from homeowner

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rate Year Round: $1500 per week
Monthly Rates:
Oct-May $4,500/Month  
June-Sept $3,600/Month 
Daily Rate  $275 per night, three night minimum
Reduced rates for long-term rentals of 4+ months.

20% reservation deposit to book, with payment in full required 60 days
prior to stay.  Refundable security deposit of $1500; and $150 
cleaning fee required on all bookings, payable 60 days prior to stay 
as well.

We accept cashiers checks, money orders, and all credit
cards thru PayPal.

Small pets on approval 
No smoking
No large parties over 6
