Nice Condo but COCKROACH Problems

This is a very nice condo but it has a cockroach problem. I had called the office on that Monday and told her about the problem she was suppose to call me back THAT day she said but she never did I tried calling Tuesday DURING office hours 7 times and left a message and called through out the week but no one ever called me back. My husband finally had to call Friday and Finally got a hold of someone, they said they had came Thursday and sprayed ( which when I talked to her Monday she said she would call before they came) So when we got back Thursday from the beach our dead bolt was locked and I had not locked it before I left. Not saying they did not spray but that night there was a cockroach in my little girls suitcase on her clothes!!!!!! And later that night up till we left we kept seeing these things in our bathroom (one was on my husband toothbrush), kitchen and rooms. I am sorry but I am a clean freak and I HATE bugs of any kind!!!!! But any ways long story but to the point now this is a nice condo and if they can get rid of the cockroaches then you got a good deal. I just hate it for you if you have to call the office they have the WORST customer service!!!!
