One of Santa Barbara's most photographed buildings. Cota Street Studios was designed by  
renowned local architect, Jeff Shelton. The condominium is centrally located in downtown  
Santa Barbara and is five blocks from the beach. Entering from the street, you will meander  
through interlocking paseos and courtyards, amidst fountains and arches, native plantings  
and specimen trees, and exquisitely hand-crafted tile and ironwork.  
Our Condominium provides its own unique blend of indoor and outdoor living, with  
private balconies and enclosed courtyards overlooking Santa Barbara's beautiful Riveria  
and Mountains. Floors are colorful Mexican tile and Lyptus, a hybrid hardwood sustainably  
farmed in Brazil. The kitchen include Viking and Sub-Zero Appliances. Newly created in  
2005, Cota Street Studios is a collaboration of design and artisanal craft by many of the  
most exciting innovators in Santa Barbara's artistic and construction community

Vacation Rental Rates

Check in time is 3 pm and check out is 10 a.m. There is a 3 night minimum and a 7 day  
cancellation policy.  A deposit of $200 is required  in advance and is non-refundable if  
reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival.  
  Payment in the form of cash, personal checks Master Card and Visa         
         *** March 2008 ~ $250/night $1750/week *** 
         *** June 2008 through September ~ $300/night  *** 
The balance is due 1 month prior to your arrival date if applicable.
