Burger King, Subway, Ponderosa, Baskin-Robbins, KFC, Dominos Pizza,
Taco Bell, Wendy's, Walgreens, Fresh Food Supermarket, Chinese
Restaurant and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican
delights. Great for a Romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto

This is a great place to stay in San Juan!!

We come to Puerto Rico at least 2 times a year. This is always our number one place to stay if it is not booked. We have stayed at other places and have not been happy. We come to this studio again and again. The owner and manager are delightful and easy to get along with. The studio is always spotless when we arrive, and everything is taken care of. The bed and the furniture is comfortable and updated, and probably one of the best values. It is the best place to be if you want to be right on the beach, and have the best view from the balcony, which faces west for great sunsets. It has a well equipped small kitchen, and the grocery store is within walking distance. We usually buy food for breakfasts and lunches, and go out for dinner. In the evening, you can walk next door to a great restaurant on the ocean, La Playa, or next door to several large hotels with restaurants and casinos. There is a little bar in the lobby area of ESJ Tower. There is also a small restaurant there, but we didn't like it. They have a concierge and if you book a tour, they pick you up right there. This is a great central place to be, especially if you love the beach. You will not be disappointed with this property!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
