This 5 bedroom/2 bath home that sleeps 8-11 is scenically located in  
Mount Pleasant, South Carolina across the Cooper River Bridge. Just  
minutes from downtown Charleston and the beaches, you'll find the  
quaint coastal Town of Mount Pleasant. Historic Mount Pleasant  
offers plenty to see and do with great shopping, golfing, deep-sea  
and backwater fishing, biking, tennis, historical sites, indigenous  
cuisine, and it's centrally located to everything else in the  
Lowcountry! There is a walking trail in the neighborhood and across  
from the well known I'ON Community.  
 
Downstairs: Bedroom 1- 1 Double Bed, Bedroom 2- 1 Double Bed,  
Bedroom 3- 2 twin beds, Den- Queen Sleeper. Upstairs: Bedroom 1- 1  
Double Bed, Bedroom 2- Single Day Bed

The home was recently remodeled and decorated. Completely furnished  
with all new appliances. There is a full laundry room, kitchen,  
screened porch, large front and back yard, televisions and VCR's.  
Also, linens and towels are available.

Vacation Rental Rates

Security Deposit - $200.00 
This deposit is non-refundable. There will be a damage fee  
assessed to you if damage is reported after checkout. 
 
Daily Rental Fee - $175.00 
Weekly Rental Fee - $1150.00 
Monthly Fee - Negotiable 
Rates may vary during Special events, Peak rental season and  
Holidays. 
 
At time of reservation, the $200.00 Security Deposit plus 50% of the  
total rental fee is due.  If paying the initial fees with a money  
order, it must be received within seven (7) days of the reservation
