Thank you for considering our beach front vacation condominium in
Nuevo Vallarta.  When visiting our vacation rental at Playa Royale ™,
a beach front luxury condominium development in Nuevo Vallarta,Mexico,
we want you to feel at home. Our condo is decorated with just that in
mind and the friendly staff at Playa Royale ™ does their best to
ensure you have a relaxing, enjoyable and unforgettable vacation in
Puerto Vallarta.  

Our beautiful Nuevo Vallarta vacation rental is located just a few 
yards from one of the best swimming beaches in the Banderas Bay.  
The beaches of Nuevo Vallarta are invitingly wide and sandy with 
gentle surf and an easy drop that is ideal for swimming, wading, or 
playing with the young ones.  In addition to the beach, there are 
the meticulously maintained gardens, the large swimming pool with a 
Jacuzzi located on a unique “Island”, the kids’ pool with a fountain,
toys and slides… There is also shuffle board, bocce ball, and an
outdoor gas barbeque grill.  Go back to the condo to relax in air
conditioned comfort or lounge on the over sized balcony and enjoy yet
another amazing sunset while sipping your Margaritas fresh from the
blender you’ll find in the kitchen.  The full gourmet kitchen means
you can dine-in in comfort, with plenty of space to prepare your
feast, not crammed into a “kitchenette”, or you can dine out in style

Puerto Vallarta area.  There is an optional $75 social membership
gives up to 5 guests full access to the sport and racquet club at the
El Tigre Club de Golf, the beach club at Playa Royale, and discounts

monster of a course just a few minutes free shuttle ride from your condo.
In the condo there is cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms,
washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, and everything
you need to feel at home while enjoying the sights and sounds of

At the nearby sport and racquet club you will find a modern gym, 
sauna, tennis & squash courts, lap pools, basket ball courts and an 
area for children to play.  Just up the road is the club house at 
the El Tigre Club de Golf, a challenging 18 hole course designed by 
the renowned Von Hagge firm.  Upstairs from the club house is the 
Hacienda Spa, a deluxe European style spa where you can relax after 
a round of golf, or relax while others do the golfing. Located just

Vacation Rental Rates

Our Nuevo Vallarta Vacation rental is available year round, pricing 
is as follows:

1 Nov 07 – 21 Dec 07:     $240 /night, $1680 /week (4 night minimum)
22 Dec 07 – 5 Jan 08:     $350 /night, $2450 /week (7 night minimum)
6 Jan 08 – 14 Mar 08:     $250 /night, $1750 /week (4 night minimum)
15 Mar 08 – 29 Mar 08:    $355 /night, $2485 /week (7 night minimum)
30 Mar 08 – 31 Oct 08:    $185 /night, $1295 /week (4 night minimum)
 
Prices do not include cleanings: $23 each, 2 per week minimum
Security Deposit: $500, refundable after cleaning and final 
inspection
Terms: 50% deposit to hold the reservation, balance due no later 
than 30 days prior to arrival date.
