Hale Mahina Beach Resort (Ha-lay Ma-hee-na) is located on the world 
famous West Coast of Maui adjacent to the West Maui Mountains, 
between Kaanapali and Kapalua in the beautiful oceanfront town of  
Honokowai. The Hale Mahina Beach Resort is one of the most sought-
after resorts on Maui's west side.  

This serene beachfront condominium property is set among beautiful 
tropical gardens and is directly on the ocean with a stunning 
private sandy beach.  It's a haven in paradise. 

Read a book on a comfortable lounge chair and enjoy the warm breeze 
off the ocean while sitting under a palm tree just a few feet away 
from the beach. Watch the magnificent whales swim by November 
through May.

This unit is on the 4Th/top floor where you have an unobstructed 
view and can see the palm trees waving in the wind and the ocean 
waves from inside the condo while grabbing a cold beverage and snack 
in the kitchen, watching TV or lying in the California king sized 
bed in the lofted master bedroom!

This comfortable remodeled condo is a breath of fresh air, brightly 
decorated with a Hawaiian touch for a fun and whimsical feel.  They 
don't refer to this unit as the "Fish" condo for nothing!

The lofted unit includes two bedrooms, two baths, a fully
equipped kitchen, laundry, and entertainment.  

Your own private lanai offers a comfortable lounge chair for 
relaxing, bar height dining table and chairs to ensure your view of 
the beautiful ocean vistas, the islands of Lanai and Molokai, and 
breath taking sunsets!  It is truly spectacular!       

Hale Mahina is 40 minutes from the main airport at Kahului, 2 
minutes from the West Maui Kapaula airport, 5 minutes from 
Kaanapali, and 35 minutes to Kihei & Wailea.

The Hale Mahina Resort is adult and kid friendly - no pets or

Vacation Rental Amenities

The sleeping accommodations in this unit are excellent - we are 
super picky about comfortable mattresses so we made sure to buy 
comfy ones!  (Isn't it the worst when you're on vacation and the 
beds are uncomfortable?)  The master lofted bedroom has a huge 
California king size bed. The second bedroom has a comfy queen size 
bed, and there is a handy queen size pull-out bed in the living room 
sofa.  This condo sleeps 1-6 people.

Both bathrooms include a tub and shower combination with full 
vanities and storage space.

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator with water & ice in the 
door, dishwasher, range, microwave, and coffee maker.  (Plus all the 
other things you need in a kitchen!)

There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience right in 
the condo!  Laundry detergent is provided.  You will find an iron 
and ironing board in the first floor bedroom closet.  Beach and bath 
towels are provided for your use.  The linens are fresh and of high 
quality.

This condo also includes cable TV with VCR & DVD (lots of VHS and 
DVD movies available), CD player (Hawaiian music CD's on location 
and a land line telephone.

This unit has ceiling fans in each room, but is not air-
conditioned.  The ocean breezes keep the condo cool! 

You basically have all the amenities of home but you're in Paradise!

Activities and Attractions

Relax in the Oceanside pool and Jacuzzi.  Snorkel, swim, boogie 
board and surf from the beach just steps from your condominium.  
Comfortable lounge chairs are provided.  Grill your own fresh fish 
on the charcoal BBQ provided and enjoy a picnic on the tables next 
to the ocean.

Nearby you can discover Kahana Beach, Kapalua Beach and tennis 
gardens, Snorkeling, Championship Golf courses, Windsurfing, 
Parasailing, Surfing, Hiking Trails, Horseback Riding, Diving, 
Jet Ski rentals, shopping at Whalers Village open air shopping 
center, Lahina's Front Street, Restaurants, Luau's and much more!

We have vacationed in Maui for several years and have discovered 
most of the fun adventures and activities on the Island.  We would

Vacation Rental Rates

$250.00 per night/$1750 per week
Condo will be unavailable 5-1-08 through 7-31-08 for renovation.
$295.00 per night/$2065 per week after 8-1-07

Don't you hate it when you make a reservation and get there and find 
out it's not all it was cracked up to be?  Do you ever wish you 
would have just spent a few more dollars to get the place directly 
on the ocean with the beautiful sandy beach the amazing ocean view - 
not a view of the gardens or highway!  This may be more than what 
you wanted to spend but its well worth the price!  You won't be 
disappointed - we guarantee it!

We accept Checks and Credit Cards via Pay Pal!

Deposit & Cancellation Policies:

50% deposit to confirm your reservation - Must be received to hold 
your reservation.

Payment in full required 30 days prior to arrival date.

Damage deposit of $500.00 is required and will be fully refunded 
within 30 days of check out as long as no damage has occurred.

All deposits forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days prior to 
arrival date.  

All reservations subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.

All stays 5 nights or less require a cleaning fee of $190.00.
