Sun rising views from back yard and master bedroom. Daily hot air balloon viewing. Very clean home  
with Southwestern flavor. No smoking allowed in the home or on the grounds please. 
5 minute drive to Petroglyph National Monument/Volcano, Ladera Public Golf Course, I40 and I25.  
10 min. drive to Historic Old Town, Downtown, Zoo, Convention Center,Cottonwood Mall,  
N.E.Albuquerque and West Mesa Public Pool; indoor/outdoor waterslide and pool.  
45 minute drive to Sante Fe, Native American Pueblos and casinos, skiing and art galleries.
