Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful apartment is part of the new Blue Pearl Suites hotel,  
which offers a wonderful mixture of the privacy and freedom of an  
apartment, with the confort of a boutique hotel service. 
We are situated in the most prestigious and romantic spot on Playa  
del Carmen, where you can find the best beaches, restaurants,  
shopping, nightlife and all kinds of services (from car rentals to  
excursions, banks, groceries, ATMs, movies, etc.) Everything is  
walking distance.The beach is just 3 minutes away, so close you can  
come back to your suite for more sunblock, refreshments, etc. 
Our concierge can help you plan your excursions and make dining  
suggestions and reservations.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This two level suite has all the confort of a deluxe hotel with a  
simple and elegant décor to help you relax and get in touch with  
your senses. Welcome families, couples and groups of friends. 
On the first floor is the master room with ks bed, leading to a  
private terrace with jacuzzi, lounge chair, hammock and beautiful  
sea view. There is also a full bathroom, a living room, eating area  
for seven persons, a full kitchen. 
On the second floor, joined by a tropical wood stair, is a nice  
lounge with two sofa beds, a full bathroom and another private room  
with a ks bed and a sofa bed. This room also has beautiful ocean  
view. 
 All rooms have air conditionned. We offer daily cleaning, wireless  
internet service, bottled water, change of linens and towels, all  
this complimentary. 
On the rooftop solarium you will find a lounge pool with beach  
chairs where you can work on your tan or watch the sunset.

Activities and Attractions

Playa del carmen offers unlimited activities. From just lying on the  
beautiful beach, to snorqueling, scubadiving, kayaking, sailing,  
parasailing, exploring wildlife trails, eco adventures, motocycling  
through the jungle, horseback riding, golf, tennis... you name it.  
Not to miss are the wonderful Mayan Ruins, like Tulum and Coba, and  
the worldfamous theme park, Xcaret. 
Playa is also famous for the Quinta (5th avenue), the hottest place  
in the Mayan Riviera for dinig, shopping and incredible nightlife.

This rate is fo a 4 adult occupancy. Each additional adult will have  
a daily charge of $15.00 USD, and $25.00 USD in Holiday season.  
Children 15 and younger will have no charge. Maximum occupancy of  
the apartment is 7 persons.
