For the same price of other apartments, and less than two good hotel rooms, you´ll have free daily cleaning service and manager´s assistance.
Our beautiful and spacious condos are centraly located downtown Playa del Carmen, 100 feet from the beach, 2 minutes walking to the best restaurants,
shopping, nightlife and all kinds of services (from car rentals to
excursions, banks, groceries, ATMs, movies, etc.) Everything is
walking distance.
Though you´ll have the privacy of your own apartment our excellent concierge service will make sure that you stay is comfortable and will suggest the best that Playa has to offer as well as daily trips and reservations.

This two level condo in Playa del Carmen has all the confort of your own place with a
relaxed and beautiful setting to help you enjoy your holidays. Welcome families, couples and groups of friends.
On the first floor is the master room with king bed, leading to a
private terrace with hot tub, lounge chair, hammock and beautiful
ocean view. There is also a full bathroom, a living room, eating area
for six persons, a full kitchen.
On the second floor is a nice lounge with two sofa beds, a full bathroom and another private room with a king bed and a sofa bed. This room also has beautiful ocean
view.
All rooms have air conditionned and cable TV. The bathroom is equipped with organic amenities and hair dryer. The condo has a safe to keep your valuables. We offer daily cleaning, wireless internet service in the lobby area,a courtesy of bottled water upon arrival, change of linens and towels.
On the rooftop solarium you will find a lounge pool (measures: 10 feet long, 3 feet wide, 1 foot deep aprox) with beach chairs and ocean view where you can work on your tan or watch the sunset.
The beach is only 100 feet from the condo and there are several beach clubs that offer sun beds and shades for a small daily fee.
We have a green certification and offer recycling facilities.
