Our luxurious privately owned 4 bedrooms courtyard house, which was

"Sunny Belle" is large enough for an extended family, or even two families to share. The villa sleeps up to 8 adults – with just over 2.120 sq. ft. of fully air conditioned living space (3.223 sq. ft. in total).

You will be able to relax around the large 26’x13’ pool with SPA + Jacuzzi, and large covered and caged lanai.

Should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can either retire under the covered lanai with its cooling ceiling fans or go inside the villa where all the rooms are kept at a cool and constant temperature.

The spacious open-plan living room contains large comfortable leather sofas, allowing the whole family to relax. French doors allow direct access to the pool deck, as well as letting in plenty of sunlight !

To keep everyone entertained you will find a large flat screen TV with a DVD player and a wide variety of movies, CD's and books, as well as a massive table football and other games.

The large modern fully-fitted kitchen adjoins the dining area and comes with all the latest amenities such as granite counter tops. The kitchen can accommodate 4 diners, with additional seating for 2 at the bar countertop. The living room area can accomodate 8 dinners.

This home is fully tiled and tastefully furnished in a tropical motive, and is fully equipped to make your vacation enjoyable. If you love being outside, you will enjoy to relax at the table (with seating for 8 persons) in the screened lanai next to the heated pool.

Our "Sunny Belle" residence features all new furnishings, custom floral arrangements, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms for more privacy and offers a private bath with a huge walk in shower and a spacious corner bath tub.

This house offers a separate guest suite with its own bathroom and direct access to the pool area. Therefore is "Sunny Belle" perfect to share with friends or family. We call this suite our "Mother in Law" suite.

There is also a separate laundry with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The pool and lanai have an eastern exposure for cool summertime seating and this is also sheltered from the wind in winter. The lanai is equipped with a modern gas barbecue.

Everything is provided to make your vacation complete, including the linens and towels.

For your convenience you will find a telephone with free calls within the US and Canada, high speed internet access (Apple airport express) and TV with more than 150 national and international channels.

The location is quiet on a landscaped yard.

The garten on the back is on a sweet water canal - dock for fishing or boating provided -.

There is a grocery store nearby, anything else, PUBLIX and other commerces and restaurants is a short drive avay !

Cape Coral, the largest canal city in the world, is a very pretty city located in sunny, southwest Florida on the banks of the Caloosahatchee River and provides a annual average temperature of 80 degrees with endless sunshine.
Just west of Fort Myers, Cape Coral has hundreds of miles of gorgeous deep-blue canals flowing into the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. It is one of the largest waterfront communities, as well as one of the fastest growing cities in the state of Florida. The popular shelling beaches of Captiva and Sanibel Islands are just minutes away, and several local and state parks offer fishing, boating, swimming and snorkeling and all the popular and fun watersports.
