A lake front property with outstanding panoramic views of the lake, and of Pleasant Mountain -> Shawnee Peak ski-mountain is especially beautiful during the winter from the lighting for night skiing. Gather with family and friends and enjoy the sunset views from the brick patio, the boat dock, or the cocktail dock that extends over the water.

This Lake-side Cottage, only steps away from the water, is a year round home that has recently been updated throughout including the addition of a brand new master suite with a private bath. This Cottage will comfortably sleep up to 10 people, it has 3 bedrooms, a private den that doubles as a 4th bedroom, and 2 full baths.

Our vacation home has much to offer regardless of the season; ski on water or snow; enjoy a swim; hike the mountain anytime of year; ski-mobile the lake or the local trails; tie up your boat on our private boat dock, the boat launch is located at the end of our road; take our canoe for a paddle on the lake; on land you can play horseshoes, basketball, wiffle ball, toss a football or baseball around; indoors, plenty of board games and puzzles for all ages. As you can see we have thought of everything!

During the winter sit in front of a warm fire indoors, or by a camp fire outdoors to enjoy the mountain views while the locals ice fish. Take a 3 minute ride to the ski slopes for a day of skiing at Shawnee Peak, one of New England's finest family ski resorts.

Easy access to downtown Bridgton, a quintessential New England village, for shopping, restaurants, and movie theater; North Conway is within 20 minutes for the tax free factory outlets, shops and more skiing; Bridgton Drive-in Theater is a real treat during the summer; Several 18 hole golf courses are close by; and the Fryeburg Fair in October is only minutes away.
