bedroom, plus a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 full  
bathrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, fully equipped  
kitchen, dining area, deck with furniture, outside enclosed private  
shower and 2 car garage plus one driveway parking.

Deposits: Deposits: $400 - to be returned within 10 days of  
departure  
with condo being in condition in which it was rented. Deposit  
required at time of reservation. 
 
Cancellation/Refund Policy: After reserving, deposit will only be  
refunded providing the week can be re-rented at the same rate.
