from the beach, boardwalk and Convention Center.
This condo features 3 bedrooms with a king size bed in the
master, a queen size in the 2nd bedroom, and 1 full and 1 twin bed in the 3rd
bedroom, plus a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 full
bathrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, fully equipped
kitchen, dining area, deck with furniture, outside enclosed private
shower and 2 car garage plus one driveway parking.
We are sorry, but we are unable to rent to groups of High School or College Students.
Must be 25 or older to rent.

Deposits: Deposits: $400 - to be returned within 10 days of
departure with condo being in condition in which it was rented. Deposit
required at time of reservation.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: After reserving, deposit will only be
refunded providing the week can be re-rented at the same rate.
