vacation rental description
Serenity awaits with awe inspiring views. This spectacular, well kept
property overlooks the 3100 acre Scarborough Marsh Nature Preserve
from the backyard. Located at the end of a dead-end road this very
clean house offers water views from 3 sides. The house has been
updated allowing you to enjoy yourselves.
A very quiet, pristine setting with breathtaking sunsets and
sunrises over the marsh. Tons of wildlife: with many birds; watch
the fish jump in season, and on occasion, if you're lucky, see a seal or a Bald Eagle go by all
from the livingroom view windows. Sportsman: this is truly a fisherman’s
delight with stripers caught right from the property shore when they are running. Bring
your boat as small crafts can access the ocean and bay from this
salt water tidal river using the boat launch. Also, you will enjoy
swimming, canoeing, kayaking from this park like property.
Sunworshipers: From this romatic getaway you can hear at night the surf at Pine Point. Scarborough State Beach and 3 additional municipal beaches are close by: Hurd Beach, Ferry Beach and Higgins Beach. Hurd is located along a 7 mile white sandy beach that stretches from Old Orchard beach to Pine Point and is only 1 mile away by car or bike and is ideal for morning and mid-day sun. Ferry Beach over looks beautiful Old Orchard and Pine Point's Marina from Prout's Neck and is the best from mid-day to sunset with gentle waves for the kids. Higgins Beach and Scarborough State Beach are known for their waves.
