property overlooks the 3100 acre Scarborough Marsh Nature Preserve 
from the backyard. Located at the end of a dead-end road this very 
clean house offers water views from 3 sides. The house has been 
updated allowing you to enjoy yourselves. Light Cherry wood flooring.  
 
A very quiet, pristine setting with breathtaking sunsets and  
sunrises over the marsh. Tons of wildlife: Many wild birds; watch  
the fish jump, and on occasion see a seal or a Bald Eagle go by all  
from the View room windows. Sportsman: this is truly a fisherman’s  
delight with stripers caught right from the property shore. Bring  
your boat as small crafts can access the ocean and bay from this  
salt water tidal river using the boat launch. Also, you will enjoy  
swimming, canoeing, kayaking from this park like property.   
 
Sunworshipers: Scarborough State Beach and 3 municiple beaches nearby: Hurd Beach, Ferry Beach and  
Higgins Beach. Hurd is located along a 7 mile white sandy beach that stretches from Old Orchard  
beach to Pine Point and is only 1 mile away. Ferry beach is the best from mid-day to sunset with  
gentle waves sun.  Higgins and Scarborough State are know for their waves.

overlooking lawn and Scarborough estuary. Fabulous property grounds 
include perennial flowers gardens and other trees and plantings.

Nearby: Walk-bike-ride to beautiful white sandy beach in Pine Point 
with municipal parking, 3 golf courses, horseback 
riding, tennis, basketball, skateboard park, Maine Mall, Portland 
Airport.  
 
At house: taking it easy, or go canoeing, swimming, salt water 
fishing, boating, hiking, bike riding, clamming w/ day permit, or  
sunbathing. 
 
Portland: Old Seaport Area and Portland are known for its crafts, art 
and antique shops and has excellent restaurants, museums, concerts at 
the civic center, and shopping. 
 
Freeport/Kittery: LL Beans, all major designer outlet stores. 
 
Old Orchard Beach: Pier with amusements 3.5 miles away. 
 
Saco and Funtown USA have many amusements like mini gold, water park, 
bowling, and a drive-in movie with fun for everyone.

Vacation Rental Rates

Must be 25 years or older to sign our rental agreement.  
 
All Rates are quoted per week Starting from: 
6/1 -  6/22:  $1,250 
6/24 - 9/8:   $2,000 - 2 week minimum in July and August or add $150.00 
9/09 - 09/30: $1,250 
10/01/08 - 5/31/09 1250.00 per month for 8 month lease until June 1,  
2008 plus utilities. Includes Dish TV service for 2  
tv's and local phone service.
