from upstairs bedrooms.  Backyard for children to play, deck with  
grill, cable TV, internet, fully applianced kitchen with all amenities  
(washer/dryer, dishwasher).  Neighborhood includes basketball/tennis  
courts and playground within just 100 yards.  2 minute drive to Point  
Judith and Block Island Ferry.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Kitchen fully applianced (including dishwasher) and equipped with  
pots, pans, plates and utensils.  House also includes cable TV, internet,  
gas grill, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer.

Activities and Attractions

Scarborough State Beach is across the street, Narragansett Town  
Beach just a few minute walk down the road.  Nice playground in the  
neighborhood with tennis courts and basketball. Located just a  
couple of miles to the Block Island Ferry, just 15 minutes to  
Newport.  Also explore Jamestown, Wickford and lots of great  
restaurants (of course, a seafood lover's paradise). Mini golf, go- 
carts, movie theater, supermarkets and shopping less than 5 minutes  
away. 
 
Summer activities include outdoor concerts, festivals and flea  
markets nearby.

$1,700 a week in June.  $2,500 during peak season, July-August
