This is a nice and confortable house in front of the beach with a
nice pool so you can spend a relaxing time in the sea or the pool.

One block away from the house you can find a church, food stores,
market, drugstores,ciber café, sea food, restaurants and laundry
service.

Buses travel to Progreso continuously, where you can go to the
MALECON, an extraudinary place to spend the day and eat delicious
sea food in many restaurants located there.
There are some Vans called Combies that you can also take if you do
not want to use buses.

If you like fresh fish you can buy it just in front the house.

the master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms
with 2 twins beds each.
Also, each bedroom has hooks for hammocks.

You can also go to the ruins Chichen and Uxmal, they are not too far
away from Chicxulub.

Merida is 25 minutes away.

If you like to go fishing, you can arrange it with our caretaker.

*Pool maintenance is included.
*Caretaker cleans the house once a week, extra cleaning can be
