The graceful arches of this newly constructed 2 story ocean front
home welcomes you to Isla Mujeres, the eastern most part of Mexico
in the breathtaking Caribbean. Just a 15 minute ferry ride to
Cancun, Isla Mujeres visitors will love the sparkling turquoise
waters and white sandy beaches. This Bohemian island retreat offers
a pleasant change from the crowded resorts of the mainland yet has
plenty of activities for every taste.
Our home is located in the quiet Colonia neighborhood of La Gloria
and provides a relaxing getaway perfect for a couple or small group
of adults. The breathtaking ocean view will captivate you as you
relax on the private balcony or sundeck. Just a few steps outside
your door you can explore the ocean life, comb the beach for shells
or relax in the tide pools. At night our rooftop transforms into a
stargazers paradise.
Large windows provide a picturesque view of the Caribbean. Open the
window and feel the cool breeze off the Caribbean. Enjoy your
morning coffee while viewing the red and orange hues of the
sunrise. Discover the charm of beautiful handcrafted Talavera tiles
and a hint of the rich Mexican color palette.
Within the streets of the La Gloria neighborhood you will find
friendly locals, restaurants and convenience stores, cafes, fresh
seafood, succulent fruits and vegetables. North Beach and the Isla
nightlife are just a short taxi or bus ride away. There you can
enjoy live music, dancing, restaurants and shops. When your day is
done, we invite you to settle in and let the surf lullaby you to
sleep.

The House downstairs includes a queen size bed, full/well stocked
kitchen with a stove and oven, dining area, living room, full
bathroom and back courtyard.
(House downstairs not available from November 30 - March 31).
The two upstair Suites each have a private, secure entrance, queen
size bed, sitting area, full private bathroom, kitchenette and
balcony. (Both suites are available year round).

$595.00 per week or $90.00 per night with a 4 night minimum.

Complete property, house and both suites, will sleep up to 6 people.
$1350.00 per week or $210.00 per night with a 4 night minimum.
