large dining room for those special dinners. The kitchen has all
new appliances and a large table for less formal dinners. There are
5 bedrooms with quality furniture and mattresses. The master bath
has a large tub and shower. There is a loft complete with a
computer and copier for your use.
The backyard is very private with a pool and spa and a covered patio
with misters, with plenty of seating for all of your guests. There
is a BBQ island complete with 2 propane BBQ grills. There is also a large grassy
area in the backyard.
This home is perfect for family vacations, family reunions, and any
special occasion. It is very close to the Las Vegas Strip and the
new car rental facility. It is just 7 minutes from the airport.

Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer w/Detergent and Fabric Softener,
Iron and Ironing Board.
Computer with internet access and copier. Televisions with cable, alarm clocks and telephones in
all bedrooms.
Large screen TV in family room with Cable and DVD Player.
3 Car Garage with plenty of parking.
Towels and Linens Provided. Shampoo and Soap in all bathrooms.
No smoking is allowed inside.

$350 per night.  2 Night Minimum
$125.00 Cleaning Fee
$500.00 Security Deposit due at check-in. Security Deposit refunded
in cash on day of check-out as long as there are no damages.
50% of Rental fee due to reserve dates.
100% Refund if cancellation is received 7 days prior to check-in
date.
