This four year old vacation home has the best of everything.
Location, location, location with just a short walk to life guard
protected family beaches (4 minutes). This three bedroom, two bath
oasis boasts amenities galore including a fully functional kitchen
with breakfast bar. There is central air conditioning and all new
furnishings. Enjoy this vacation home that has been equipped with
wireless internet access, new 40" Flat Screen TV, an additional TV,
2 DVD players, a stereo, games, and books for all to enjoy. There
is a beautiful deck with beefy white porch columns and great oceanviews.

The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and full private bath. One Guest
bedroom has a Queen bed and the other Guest room has two (2)
bunkbeds. There is a second full bath easily accessible by both
Guest rooms. There is also a laundry room with a Washer and Dryer.
The house has Tropical landscaping with mature palms and washed
stone accented with a breezy white lattice carport.

We rent Saturday (enter after 3PM) to Saturday (depart before 10AM
to allow for cleaning).

This Vacation Rental has:

Air conditioning, wireless internt, cable TV(2), DVD, CD player,
complete kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker,
coffee maker, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, parking for 3-4
cars under house, outside shower with hot and cold water, coffee
maker and Ocean View from Deck.
