Vacation Rental Description

We have availability at the upper Condo unit for the Summer / Fall of 2008. 
 
618 S 4th Ave, Kure Beach, NC  28449 
 
This four year old vacation home has the best of everything.  
Location, location, location with just a short walk to life guard  
protected family beaches (4 minutes). This three bedroom, two bath  
oasis boasts amenities galore including a fully functional kitchen  
with breakfast bar. There is central air conditioning and all new  
furnishings. Enjoy this vacation home that has been equipped with  
two TV's, DVD players, a stereo, games, and books for all to enjoy.  
There is a beautiful deck with beefy white porch columns and great  
oceanviews. Take advantage of introductory rates!!! 
 
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and full private bath. One Guest  
bedroom has a Queen bed and the other Guest room has two (2)  
bunkbeds. There is a second full bath easily accessible by both  
Guest rooms. There is also a laundry room with a Washer and Dryer.  
The house has Tropical landscaping with mature palms and washed  
stone accented with a breezy white lattice carport. 
 
We rent Saturday (enter after 3PM) to Saturday (depart before 10AM  
to allow for cleaning).

March through April ........ $700/week (taxes and cleaning included).

November through February .. $600/week (taxes and cleaning included). 
* $200 Refundable Security Deposit Plus Half of Payment Due at   
  Reservation.
