and renovated. It features Pergo flooring, new appliances, new
kitchen and all new furniture. There is a new deck off of the master
bedroom and the living room. The deck has a southern exposure view
of the ocean and is just perfect for watching the waves roll in, or
enjoying a cocktail in the evening. Stroll down the private walkway
to the beach where you can enjoy lots of room to play. This beach is
not crowded like many along the coast. Or, maybe you would enjoy
just relaxing and taking in the view from the oceanfront pool.

A 20% security deposit is required to reserve your dates. Once you
arrive, the security deposit converts to a damage deposit and will
be returned to you within 10 days of your departure if no damage has
occured. Rental fee including tax and cleaning fee is due 30 days
before you are scheduled to arrive.
