Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo was recently purchased 
and renovated in March of 2007.  It features Pergo flooring, new 
appliances, new kitchen and all new furniture.  There is a new deck 
off of the master bedroom and the living room.  The deck has a 
southern exposure view of the ocean and is just perfect for watching 
the waves roll in, or enjoying a cocktail in the evening.  Stroll 
down the private walkway to the beach where you can enjoy lots of 
room to play.  This beach is not crowded like many along the coast.  
Or, maybe you would enjoy just relaxing and taking in the view from 
the oceanfront pool.

We fell in love with Amelia Island on our first trip and we are sure 
you will too!  

This unit is a rare find for those of you traveling with children.  
We have equipped our condo with a Pack & Play and a Highchair.

We have our calendar on-line and it is always current.  Please feel 
free to check availability.  We also have two other properties on 
the island, so if this one is not available, we may still have a 
place for you!  One of the properties is in this exact same complex

All prices are subject to 9% tax and $85 cleaning fee

All linens and towels are included

A 20% security deposit is required to reserve your dates.  Once you 
arrive, the security deposit converts to a damage deposit and will 
be returned to you within 10 days of your departure if no damage has 
occured.  Rental fee including tax and cleaning fee is due 30 days 
before you are scheduled to arrive.
