for your comfort.

1. Livingroom has 40 inch flat screen TV with built in six speaker
surround sound, CD player, stereo and comfy seating.
2. Lanai with Gulf view.
3. Master bedroom with Gulf view, King size pillow top bed, 32 inch flat screen TV, reading area
with comfortable chair and ottoman, private bath with walk in shower and separate vanity room.
4. Second bedroom with 25 inch TV, private bath, and its own private
patio.
5. Large center island kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel
appliances, and plentiful stainless steel cookware, dinnerware and
glassware.
6. In-unit Washer and dryer, dishwaher, built in micro, large fridge
with filtered ice and water dispenser, Central air, central heat.
7. Pointe Santo has Guest information office, on site maintenance,
security, heated pool and whirpool, beach volleyball, poolside
clubhouse with rooftop sundeck, two tennis courts, and children's
program director with activities Mon-Fri.

On site: Beach, Swimming in Gulf and in heated pool, whirlpool, two tennis courts with free racket
loans, beach walks, shelling, childrens activities program Mon-Fri.

Dear Ellen, Rick and I really enjoyed your beautiful condo. It was my first time on Sanibel Island-
white warm
sand, shells galore. I believe I picked up my fair share. Great sunshine-I loved it. We hope to
return sometime in
the near future. The Bubble Room made me glee with childhood joy. We watched the sun set at the
Mucky Duck.
