Early Fall:     $1250/week (Aug 21-27, Oct 2-Oct 15)
Fall:               $1350/week (Oct 16-Dec 17)
Holiday:         $2700/week (Dec 18-Dec 31)
Winter:          $2700/week (Jan 29-Apr 30)
Shoulder:       $1600/week (Jan 1-29, May 1-8 '11)
For longer stays: Take $100 off for each week after your first week.

There is 11% tax.
Cleaning, linens and beach towels are free.
There are no agency or other fees.
Rentals are one week minimum and run Saturday to Saturday.
