Vacation Rental Description

This condo is on the 20th floor of the Ilikai hotel, an oceanfront  
building in Waikiki. The unit is comfortably furnished with kitchen  
for your stay. Wake up to the breathtaking ocean view in the  
morning. Enjoy the gentle island breeze and sunshine while sitting  
at your private lanai. Watch the fireworks from your private balcony  
at 8pm every Friday. 
  
The Ilikai hotel, situated between the Hilton Hawaiian Village and  
the Hawaii Prince Hotel, is conveniently located five minutes from  
the famous Ala Moana Shopping Center and Ala Moana Beach Park, ten  
minutes from downtown Honolulu and Aloha Tower Marketplace, and ten  
minutes from the International Market Place, Honolulu Zoo, and the  
Waikiki Aquarium.  The hotel beach walkway leads from the lobby to  
Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon and Waikiki Beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Peak Season: April 1 Through November 30  
             Weekly: $750, Monthly: $2500 
Peak Season: December 1 through March 31  -  
             Weekly: $1000, Monthly: $3600 
+ tax and one-time cleaning fee of $105.00.  Rates are subject to  
change until confirmation.

DEPOSIT: 30% deposit required to hold your reservation. Remaining  
balance due 30 days prior to move-in. 
 
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:  
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made 60  
days or more prior to move-in are refundable, minus $50.00  
administration fee. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to move-in  
are 80% refundable. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to  
move-in are not refundable.
