building in Waikiki. The unit has beautiful ocean, lagoon and city views with a full kitchen and a spacious private lanai. Wake up to the breathtaking ocean view in the morning; enjoy the gentle island breeze and sunshine while sitting at your private lanai; watch the fireworks from your private balcony around 8pm every Friday. 

The hotel is ideally situated between the Hilton Hawaiian Village and
the Hawaii Prince Hotel and conveniently located five minutes from
the famous Ala Moana Shopping Center and Ala Moana Beach Park, ten
minutes from downtown Honolulu and Aloha Tower Marketplace, and ten
minutes from the International Market Place, Honolulu Zoo, and the
Waikiki Aquarium. The hotel's beach walkway leads to Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon and Waikiki Beach - less than 5 minutes walk!

Right on Waikiki Beach. The Ilikai Hotel's resort ramp leads straight down to the sand at Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon and the Beach. The Lagoon is part of the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort right next door with 90 shops and boutiques, and more than 20 restaurants and cafes.

World's Largest outdoor mall, Ala Moana Center, with hundreds of shops is a few minutes walk.

For visitors to the Hawaii Convention Center, our private condos located at the Ilikai is the closest direct oceanfront building to the convention center, just a quick 10min walk and you are there. Why stay off the ocean front when you can relax after a hard day of business right on your large 120sf lanai overlooking the ocean and/or beach watching the best sunsets in the world.

Weekly: $760; 2-week: 1420; Monthly: $2400
Peak Season: December 1 through March 31
Weekly: $840, 2-week: $1550; Monthly: $2900
+ standard GE taxes 13.96% + one-time cleaning fee of $109.00.

Here is our payment and cancellation policy:

DEPOSIT: 30% deposit required to hold your reservation. Remaining
balance due 30 days prior to move-in.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made 60
days or more prior to move-in are refundable, minus $100.00
administration fee. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to move-in
are 80% refundable. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to
move-in are not refundable.
