the Hawaii Prince Hotel and conveniently located five minutes from
the famous Ala Moana Shopping Center and Ala Moana Beach Park, ten

We are right on Waikiki Beach. The Ilikai Hotel's resort ramp leads straight down to the sand at Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon and the Beach. The Lagoon is part of the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort right next door with 90 shops and boutiques, and more than 20 restaurants and cafes.

Our rate for 2013 is as follows:
Off Peak Season: April 1 Through November 30
Weekly: $945; 2-week: 1750; Monthly: $2900
Peak Season: December 1 through March 31
Weekly: $1050, 2-week: $1900; Monthly: $3300
+ standard GE taxes 13.96% + one-time cleaning fee of $109.00.

Here is our payment and cancellation policy:
DEPOSIT: 30% deposit required to hold your reservation. Remaining
balance due 30 days prior to move-in.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made 60
days or more prior to move-in are refundable, minus $100.00
administration fee. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to move-in
are 80% refundable. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to
move-in are not refundable.
