Vacation Rental Description

Please know that we have 4 villa's located on the property, and that  
we are happy to make reservations for large parties who need to book  
more than 1 villa at a time. We also have discounted rates for  
booking 2 or more, and even the entire property! Mahalo. 
 
 
Aloha! Thank you for your interest in our convenient and centrally  
located  lodging's in Old  Kapaa Town. Finally you can explore Kauai  
at a reasonable price And be within easy walking distance to  
beaches,  restaurants, shops, and so much more!  Like The largest  
farner’s market on the island where you can buy exotice fruits,  
flowers and local organic vegetables at bargain prices. 
 
   You do not even have to go through the expense and hassle of   
renting a car. Our location is also convenient to the kapaa park  
which includes two tennis courts. There is a beauitiful 3 mile biking  
trail that runs along the beach and can be accessed minutes from your  
villa. There is even a library on the beach for those who like to  do  
research between adventures.  Or, simply  chill out and hang  loose,  
enjoy the  sun and on shore  trade winds in our lovely garden.Don’t  
forget the beach is only a 3 minute walk away. 
 
   For the traveler “on foot”, there is a bus stop close by to get  
you to  more distant shores. Should you choose to rent a car ,we have  
free parking that can accomodate up to 2 vehichles. Free maps of the  
island are located at our office for help with directions. 
   Our lodgings include  two  easiily accessable single story Villas  
with private ,common garden areas.  Each breezy villa features a cozy  
living room which has a pull-out couch,  2 spacious bedrooms (the  
master has a queen size bed and a full size bed in the 2nd bedroom),  
plus  a full  kitchen. We provide bedding materials, towels, some  
toiletries, kitchen appliances, utensils, and dinning ware.  Fans are  
provided for the rare times that the cool trades are not blowing. 
 
   There is ample space behind each villa for your back packs, beach  
gear, bikes, Kayaks, surfboards, etc……, plus a utility  sink for all  
that beach sand, napali mud and red dirt! 
Our family run Hale  is designed to accommodate all travelers,   
especially the adventurous type.  We  strive to be eco-friendly and   
love any and all kinds of water activities, especially surfing,  
snorkling,  diving, fishing, and  kayaking,.   If you need   
information/recommendations, just Ask!

Vacation Rental Amenities

1.)Each villa includes a full service kitchen with all it's  
utencil's, pots and pans, cuttlery,dishes, large refrigerator, 4  
burner stove and ample storage and cabinet space. 
2.)The bathroom is stocked with bath towels,wash clothes,soap,toilet  
tissue and bath mat. 
3.)Each bedroom has sheets,blankets,pillows,closet and a dresser and  
nightstand.Also a clock radio and fan. Additional sheets for the hide- 
a-bed are in one of the closets. 
4.)Living room has a table and chairs for dining, pull out couch for  
additional guests, TV, DVD, Wireless internet and some type of Cd  
player or stereo. 
 
In our Garden: 
 
We have a gorgeous landscaped garden area for you to enjoy,either  
lying in the sun or grilling out in the evening . The trade winds  
steadily blow through keeping the garden nice and cool during the day  
for after the hot beach!

-washer/dryer (out back of two of the units, please inquire) 
-utility sink 
-Lanai out back of each villa for your bikes, kayaks,  
surfboards,snorkels,dive gear etc....

Activities and Attractions

Kauai is full of activities!!! Within walking distace from your villa  
door is the beach which is great snorkeling and fishing, also a  
beauitful, new bike path just built which cover a few miles of our  
Kapaa shore. Right aorund the corner from some of Kauai's best dining  
and cafe's. Local live music, and county fair's and parks. 
Across the street we have tennis courts and the Kapaa Park where the  
largest farmers market is held.

Our rates are some of the best on island! Designed to accommodate  
Travelers and adventurers of all types; we list our rates showing per- 
person price, for shared accommodation for up to 6 people. 
 
Remember that we have 4 villa's on the property!! 
 
1 night = $130.85 that includes all taxes and the cleaning fee($25.00) 
 
1 week = $660.09 and gives you 1 night free !  
 
For every week you book you receive a night free. We also Have group  
rates since our Property has 4 villa's, sleeping 24 total, you can  
book the entire property at an Awesome deal!!!!
