Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo directly on the Intracoastal waterway 
in Fort Myers with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico
Gorgeous sunsets, teriffic water views.  All this in a full amenity 
building recently built in 2006.  The unit comes with highspeed 
internet, cable TV, health club facilities, infinity pool, and spa.
There is a lovely lanai where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful 
sunsets and views.  
Tastefully decorated, with granite counters, upgraded appliances, and 
laundry room in the condo, all for your comfort and convenience.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo is located in downtown Fort Myers, where you will be near 
many golf courses, restaurants, entertainment, and only 15 miles to 
sugar white beaches.  If you are a Boston Red Sox Fan, their spring 
training stadium is a short distance from the condo.  

Activities and Attractions

 There is much to see, whether it be our wildlife in the Everglades a 
short drive away, or world class shopping, or just enjoying the warm 
gulf of Mexico waters at the beach.  Maybe a trip to Key West, where 
Ernest Hemmingway lived for many years.  There is a "Fast Boat" which 
takes you to this tropical paradise in just 3 1/2 hours.  Maimi and 
all it's latin influences is only 2 hours by car. If your are a Red Sox or Minnesota Twins fan, 
you'll be here for all the action during their Spring training season.   No matter what you 
choose to see and do, it is all here on the West Coast of Florida

April, May, June, July, August $2500. per month
September, October, November, December $3000 per month
Shorter stays not less than 2 weeks pro-rated. 
Long term lease one year or more $1800 per month. Includes phone and utilities.
