Modern 2BR/2Bath Condo on Ocean - 38 pictures on website in Vero Beach

Located on the same island as Vero Beach, this modern condo is
convenient to both Vero Beach and Fort Pierce.
This is our second home, not an investment property, we live in
Orlando, and only rent it out in the winter. As such it is
beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly
need.
This modern condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large Lanai
overlooking the ocean, and is located on the 3rd floor of the
beautiful Aquanique Ocean Club.
Master bedroom has a Select Comfort adjustable
king bed, with sliding glass doors onto the balcony.Lay in bed and
take advantage of the great view of the ocean!
The guest bedroom has twin beds, a large closet, and also has a
sliding glass door to the balcony. The master bedroom has large walk
in
closet. Master bath has Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The kitchen
was completely remodeled in 2006 with all new appliances, granite
counter tops, a stainless double sink with a new faucet. There is a
dining table as well as a breakfast bar. The living room has a large
picture window with a great view of the ocean, as well as a sliding
glass door to the balcony. The living room has a 47 inch LCD TV with a
DVD player, and an extensive collection of over 200 movies (both classics and new releases). The master bedroom has a 37in LCD TV mounted on the wall, and a DVD player. The guest bedroom also has a TV.

Across the street is a convenience store and a small restaurant. A
Publix supermarket and CVS drugstore are 2 miles away.
Unit is 10 minutes from the quaint beach side of Vero, with its
numerous excellent restaurants and chic shops. Vero has a 24 screen
movie theatre, an enclosed mall, and a large factory outlet mall.
The NY Mets spring training camp is nearby in Port St. Lucie
There are 19 public and semi-public golf courses in the vicinity, as
well as several driving ranges.
Water activities (both in the ocean and Indian River)
include boating, swimming, water skiing and fishing. Sebastian and
Fort Pierce inlets are nearby with excellent fishing. Surf fishing
is excellent all along the uncrowded coast. Deep sea fishing is
available from Fort Pierce.
For cultural enthusiasts, the community is recognized for the Vero
Beach Museum of Art and the Riverside Theater.

The building has a heated pool, hot tub, two tennis courts, a large
fitness center with his & hers saunas. There is a billiards room,
card room, reading room and a "party" room for group events.
The building uses an electronic key system for entry to the
building, pool and beach. A closed circuit tv system adds to the
security.
The condo is fully furnished with everything you would need to enjoy
your stay. Just unpack your clothes, do some grocery shopping, and
relax. The unit has a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher and
microwave. Electricity, phone, DSL internet, cable and water are
included in the rent.

Numerous activities are planned by the association with everyone
welcome. A covered dish supper is held every Thursday night. Parties
are held on Valentines day, St. Patrick's day and many other
occasions.
The many activities in the area are outlined above. However, the best
attraction of all is the beautiful uncrowded beach, rated among one
of the best in the world.
