boat on property in backyard. Great striper bass, large mouth,
crappie, and catfish. Great eating!

Nearby restuarants. Only 25 miles from Tyler. Bait shop near our
lakewood community. Community Fishing pier & playground in
community area. We have bird feeders and you can see all kinds of
wood peckers, blue birds, cardinals, finches, etc..

Fishing, skiing, camping, nature trails! Come and relax, and get
some great fishing in. My wife and I like to simply troll the lake
and catch the big 20" plus stripers. The old steam engine train ride
in Rusk/Palestine is awesome.. 4 hour ride through beautiful east
Texas country, very reasonable and close. The Tyler zoo is really
nice, well kept, and free. East Texas has activities and
attractions to offer including the Tyler rose garden, July 13th-15th
ballon race and night light off, the azalea trails in season, and
the list goes on.
