Vacation Rental Description

The unit is completely remodeled with beautiful maple kitchen  
cabinets and black galaxy granite counters.   
The master bath has a walk in shower with decorative white Italian  
tile and full black granite vanity with full make up area. It also  
has a large walk in closet off the master bath. The bedrooms are  
large and contain two adjustable king size beds.  The exterior walls  
are half glass and have a view of the gulf of Mexico.  The large  
balcony overlooks the Intercoastal waterway.  The evening brings a  
spectacular view of the city lights from your balcony.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated pool, Gym room, Billiard tables, His & Hers Sauna, Card room,  
24hr security. A beautifull club house, assigned covered parking +  
guest parking. Tampa International Airport is a 40 minute drive.   
Bush Gardens is 1 hour and Disney is 2 hours.  Devil Rays baseball  
is 20 mintes to the ball park, Tampa Bay Buccaneers is 40 minutes.   
There are too many great restaurants to mention, but two just stand  
out; Salt Rock Grill and The Lobster Pot are but a few minutes away. 

Activities and Attractions

Workout room, billiards, cards games, movie night, coctail parties,  
Bingo, monthly dances and weekly cookouts during the winter season.  
Kareoki at near by lounge, dancing, and many sports bars.

        May-Jul.   US$ 2200.00 
6  month rental    US$ 2200.00 
12 month rental    US$ 2000.00 
 
12% taxes will be added to monthly rates 
will not be added to 6 & 12 month rentals.
