Absolutely Amazing Ocean Front Condo in Cocoa Beach

Newly remodeled condo just off the private beach with a partial ocean view.    Pack light because everything you need is either in the condo or just a short walk away! Comfortable furnishings include Queen Bed in
master, two twins in second bedroom, dual reclining sofa and
overstuffed chairs. Rest - Relax and enjoy 3 TV's with Cable, DVD,
VCR, CD player. Brand new linens, towels, cooking utensils, Washer
and Dryer are all included! Don't bother hand washing dishes before
heading to the beach, the condo is also equipped with a dishwasher.
Grab the boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, and umbrella, and
head to the beach! Take a walk and you will find a grocery store,
restaurants, shopping, and my favorite coffee shop. A few minutes
down the beach and you are at the pier where there are many more
restarants, shops and even surf contests.
From the pristine beach you can watch the shuttle launches from the
Kennedy Space Center. The center itself is only 20 minutes away.
We are located just minutes south of Ron Jon Surf Shop, the
pier & the bridge to the mainland. Less then an hour to Disney
World and the Orlando Airport. Port Canaveral just 10 minutes away.
Condo is used primarily as our own vacation home. Since we use the condo ourselves we only rent to cover our costs.
