master, Day bed with pull out bed in second (2 full twins), brand new sofa and recliner.  Rest - Relax and enjoy 3 TV's with Cable, DVD,
VCR, CD player. Internet upon request. Espresso Maker!

Grab the boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, and umbrella, and
head to the beach! Take a walk and you will find a grocery store,
restaurants, shopping, and my favorite coffee shop. A few minutes
down the beach and you are at the pier where there are many more
restarants, shops and even surf contests.

From the pristine beach you can watch the shuttle launches from the
Kennedy Space Center.

We are located just minutes south of Ron Jon Surf Shop (less then 1/2 mile), the pier(1 mile) & the bridge to the mainland. Less then an hour to Disney
World and the Orlando Airport. Port Canaveral just 10 minutes away.

Since the condo is our own vacation home, we replace comforters and linens on an anual basis.   The condo is set-up for comfort with 100% cotton sheets, down pillows, and quality beds!  Fully stocked kitchen!

Don't forget the heated pool, tennis courts, shuffle board and bocci!

mall * many many more restaurant.  Movie theatre is about a 10 minute drive.
