We invite you to enjoy our beautiful Hilltop retreat nestled in the
spectacular Sapphire Valley Resort Area. We are perfectly located
at 3600 ft elevation in the Smokey Mountains,2 miles east
of Cashiers, 12 miles east of Highlands, and just 2 1/2 hrs. from
Atlanta.
Our home is all on one level and has an enty hall, fully equipt
kitchen with brand new bisque appliances including refrigerator with
ice maker and water dispenser, range & oven, over the range
microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal,washer & dryer,
toaster, coffee pot, dishes,glasses, and pots & pans.
A beautifully furnished great room with a large dining table for 6,
large sofa & 2 chairs, and entertainment center make up this large
room.
To the left of the great room is the sunroom/den with a queen
sofabed & desk as well as louvered doors for added privacy.
The master bedroom is quality furnished with king
size bed, 2 armoires and nitestands. The master bath adjoins it.
The guest bedroom also has quality bedding(queen)and furniture.
Both baths have tile floors and showers as well as
large mirrors and good lighting.
A large patio/deck with table and chairs for outdoor relaxation or
eating runs the entire width of the condo.
Sorry, but pets are not allowed out of respect for
people with allergies to animals. This is a smoke free environment

Our Hilltop Villa is a relaxing, beautiful and a comfortable place
to call your home away from home while vacationing in one of the
country's most pristine locations without paying outrageous prices.
You will find everything you need to enjoy your home away from home
including telephone, 2 TV's with cable, VCR & DVD players, wood
burning fireplace, patio/deck, and grill on premises if you should
desire to cook out.
Of course all towels and linens are provided.
Short walk to Fairfield Lake, convenience store, and
restaurant. Short drive to grocery store and churches.
This area boasts numerous golf courses, fine dining restaurants, and
gorgeous waterfalls as well.
