West Miramar, it’s the beach house that you have always dreamed
about owning. The rental home is available for a miniumum of six nights only.

Built in 2000, it’s a home offering year round activities
specifically structured for a couple that needs some R & R. A
spectacular panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean makes this home
stand out and the location is premier- just a short six house stroll
from Miramar Beach and the six mile long Coastal Trail offering
hiking, biking and jogging along the ocean bluffs.

This ocean view beauty has three levels. The first floor consists of
the guest bedroom, full bathroom, an office with complimentary high-
speed access and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

The second level offers the master bedroom with partial ocean views
complete with a large marble bathtub with Jacuzzi, two person shower
and private deck off the bedroom. In addition a 900 sq. foot great
room with head on ocean views is located adjacent which includes 12
foot vaulted ceilings, an open great room area consisting of a
living room with wood burning fireplace and comfortable stylish
furniture, state of the art kitchen and an eight person dining
table.

On the third level lies a roof top deck with panoramic ocean views
offering 10 miles of coast line. There is also a large propane BBQ
and a FIVE PERSON OUTDOOR HOT TUB. Enjoy the views of the Pacific
Ocean while soaking in the hot tub.

including the 16,000 sq. ft. world class spa at The Ritz-Carlton,
Half Moon Bay offering a full range of services.

-Mountain Biking on Montara Mountain or on the Purrisama Redwoods
Trail less than 10 miles from your accommodations.

-Pillar Point Harbor offering daily activities including seasonal
whale watching and deep sea fishing for halibut, salmon and
