Twin Gables Cottage is located in the heart of Sarasota Florida, just a couple of blocks from
Sarasota Bay in the historic "West of Trail" neighborhood of Bungalow Hill. The cottage is
peacefully situated in a neighborhood known for its quaint, tree lined streets, yet just a few
minutes walk or bike ride to the Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Bayfront Park, and all the
amenities of downtown Sarasota. The beach on Siesta Key, rated top ten in the country by Travel
Channel, is a short car ride away. Other readily accessible cultural amenities include the Ringling
Museum and the Sarasota Opera.
Built in 1925 in the Gothic Revival style. Recently fully renovated, Twin Gables combines the best
of old and new, including a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel

Lovely Historic home located in the "Heart" of Sarasota, on a quiet, dead end street near Hudsons
Bayou. Twin Gables combines the charm of a historic home with the ammenities of a new home. Walk
to BayFront Park, Morton's Market, Selby Gardens, Down Town Sarasota and Burns Court. We are a short
drive to Siesta Key, Lido Key and Armand's Circle.
We have a Master Bedroom with a King Temperpedic Bed, the 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Temperpedic Bed,
the third bedroom has a trundle bed with two twins that can also be made into a King bed. All the
linen is of high thread count cotten with micro fiber blankets and fluffy comforters. Baths are
stocked with thick white towells. Beach blankets, chair, ice chest, drink jug and unbrella are all
