vacation rental rates
Rates will depend on the rental period. Rates other than monthly may
be considered. An additional $100.00 maid service fee will be
collected as well as an advance deposit of $400.00 Deposit will be
returned a reasonable time after occupance for owner to travel to
inspect premises.
