new. The unit is located on a flow-through canal a short distance
from the Truman Bridge on Duck Key. The canal holds all variety of
fish and provides action no matter what the weather outside. Easy
access to either the Bay or the Ocean. The master bedroom has a
King , the guest has two fulls. The living room couch a fold out if

Tiki Hut, 35 feet of concrete dock space, cleaning table with
shower, picnic table, music may be piped to the tiki through your
laptop or ipod with stereo provided. Surround sound stero with dvd
and vhs. cable tv provided. wi-fi also provided so the tiki hut can
become your vacation office or email patio.

vacation rental rates
Rates will depend on the rental period. An additional $100.00 maid service fee will be collected as well as an advance deposit of $400.00 Deposit will be
returned a reasonable time after occupance for owner to travel to
inspect premises.
