screen and electronic equipment.  Gas fireplace.

Gourmet kitchen with stainless Thermadore appliances.  Gas 
stovetop.  Double ovens.  Built-in refrigerator.  2-drawer 
dishwasher.  Pantry with wet bar and beverage refrigerator.  Center 
island.  Granite countertops.  Beautiful and inviting.  1/2 bath off 
of kitchen.

3 bedrooms upstairs, each with ceiling fans.  Maple floors on second 
floor.  Master bedroom with third fireplace.  Large deck off hall, 
over kitchen.  Two full baths.  Both with double sinks.  Guest bath 
with tub/shower and full size washer/dryer.  Masterbath with double 
walk-in shower.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large deck on second floor over kitchen with chaise lounges, 
additional seating and counter-high table and 4 chairs.  Outdoor 
dining table, with 6 chairs and umbrella in garden area off 
kitchen.  Outdoor gas grill.

Activities and Attractions

Located in the heart of the West End on one of the nicest streets in 
town.  Several up-scale Guest Houses are located on the same street, 
which is two streets west of the Coast Guard Station.  Close to the 
downtown area.  In walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and 
shops.

One block up from the beach on the bay side.  Walking distance to 
Herring Cove Beach.  Seasonal ocean views from the second floor and 
deck.  Great view of the Monument.  Great location, close enough to 
be convenient, and far away enough to be quiet.
