Vacation Rental Description

This 8th floor unit is located at The Summit in Panama City Beach,  
Florida. It has 1 King sized bed in the master bedroom, bunk beds in  
the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a  
balcony that overlooks the pools, tiki bar and has a  
beautiful view of the beach. The Summit is the largest Gulf front  
condominium complex on the beach and is located directly beside  
Spinnaker's and the world's largest beach club "Club La Vela". It is  
located within walking distance of restaurants, golf course and  
amusement parks. Complex has gated security.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two large swimming pools (one heated in winter), two kiddy pools,  
tennis courts, game room, hot tubs, whirlpools, saunas, ATM, TIKI  
Bar, restaurant, laundry room and beach playground located on the  
complex. Also available for your enjoyment are separate exercise  
rooms for men and women. Complex also has charcoal grills located on  
each side of the building.

Activities and Attractions

Tennis courts, shuffle board, jet skiing, para-sailing, boat rides,  
volleyball, etc,...many other attractions located within walking  
distance.

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring Break.........3/1/07 - 5/19/07.....................$1100/week 
Summer...............5/20/07 - 8/10/07.................... $950/week 
Fall.................8/10/07 - day after labor day........$550/week 
Winter............ask about nightly/weekly rates..........$950/month 
Prices do not include a $75 cleaning fee and 10.5% tax. 
Spring Break & Summer rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday). 
DEPOSIT: Spring Break $400.00, all others $150.00. $10 registration  
fee upon arrival for parking and arm bands, $25 during Spring Break.  
Prices and dates subject to change. Primary renter must be 21 yrs.
