This 2nd floor unit is located at The Summit in Panama City Beach,
Florida. It has 1 King sized bed in the master bedroom, bunk beds in
the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a
balcony that overlooks the grounds and and has a
beautiful view of the beach. The Summit is the largest Gulf front
condominium complex on the beach and is located directly beside
Spinnaker's and the world's largest beach club "Club La Vela". It is
located within walking distance of restaurants, golf course and
amusement parks. Complex has gated security.

Two large swimming pools (one heated in winter), two kiddy pools,
tennis courts, game room, hot tubs, whirlpools, saunas, ATM, TIKI
Bar, restaurant, laundry room and beach playground located on the
complex. Also available for your enjoyment are separate exercise
rooms for men and women. Complex also has charcoal grills located on
each side of the building.

DEPOSIT: Spring Break $400.00, all others $150.00. $15 registration
