Vacation Rental Description

Our Oceanfront home, Casa de Suenos (House of Dreams)overlooks the Pacific Ocean and has been 
completely remodeled. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with a full kitchen, LR, & DR.  In 
addition, there is a guest house/casita w/two separate rooms that can be rented seperately for 
larger groups. The lower guest house includes a bedroom with 1 full size bed, a bathroom & 
kitchenette.  The upper guest house room with ocean view has a full size bed 
& bath.

Casa de Suenos is located along Mazatlan's famous malecon/boardwalk that you can walk or 
bike ride along the Pacific Ocean and has easy beach access.  Our vacation home is in an upscale 
beach neighborhood and a short walk to the famous Olas Altas Beach and Mazatlan's Historic 
District.  This spectacular home with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean is the place to watch 
the most amazing sunsets in the world from the comfort of your own oceanfront terraza!

Personalized assistance is available to plan and book your activities for the week.  Some of these

dining, historic tours, bike riding, and shopping.

Within Walking Distance:  Olas Altas Beach, malecon, shopping, Los 
Pinos Beach, Historic District, fine dining and more!

Vacation Rental Rates

New Summer Rates: (April - Oct.) Main house -3 bedrooms, 3 baths per week : $ 1,000 US


Winter Rates: (November through March) 1500.00 per week US.  

Holiday weeks  1900.00 per week. 
There are six holiday weeks-two weeks at Christmas,two weeks at Carnival, and two weeks at Easter. 

The price for the  main house is for a maximum of six people. Additonal people are 100.00 per person 
per week. The main house also has a queen size sofa bed in the living room to accomodate additonal 
guests. Children under 12 are excluded from this additional charge. 

Our attached guest house or casita adds an additional 2 bedrooms & 2
baths that can be rented seperately in addition to the main house.

Lower casita per week is: 250.00 US (low season) - 450.00 US.(high season)  1 bedroom, 1 bath,
kitchenette w/courtyard view.
Upper casita per week is   250.00 (low season) - 480.00 US (high season) 1 bedroom 2
matrimonial beds, 1 bath w/ocean view.

Holiday weeks for the lower casita are 500.00 per week.
Holiday weeks for the upper casita are 540.00 per week.
