Our private oceanfront home, Casa de Suenos (House of Dreams),overlooks the Pacific Ocean and has been completely remodeled.  The main house has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. 

IN ADDITION, there is a guest house w/two separate bedrooms that can be rented seperately for larger groups. 

The lower guest house includes a bedroom with 1 full size bed, a bathroom &
kitchenette. The upper guest house has an ocean view, 2 full size beds & bath. A 6th bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed, bath & ocean view.

Casa de Suenos is located along Mazatlan's famous Malecon/boardwalk that you can walk or bike ride along the Pacific Ocean for miles and also has easy beach access. Our vacation home is in an upscale beach neighborhood and a short walk to the famous Olas Altas Beach which is great for boogie boarding/surfing.

Also, you are near Mazatlan's Historic District that has a charming
European feel and where you can wander the narrow streets and shop the local artisans. Eat at the many outdoor restaurants at the fabulous Plaza Machado.

This spectacular home with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean is the place to watch the most amazing sunsets in the world from the comfort of your own oceanfront terraza!

2010/2011

Summer Rates: (May 1 - Aug.31 & Nov.1 - Dec. 18, 2011) Main house -3 bedrooms, 3 baths per week : $ 1,500 US

Sept. & Oct. 2011 - 1200.00 Main house - 3 bedrooms, 3 baths per week.

Winter Rates: (Dec. 18, 2011 - through April 30, 2012) 1,800 per week US.

Holiday weeks 2500.00 per week. The week before & after  Christmas.

 
The price for the main house is for a maximum of six people. Additional people are 100.00 per person per week. The main house also has a queen size sofa bed in the living room to accomodate additional guests. Children under 12 are excluded from this additional charge.

Our attached guest house adds an additional 2 bedrooms & 2
baths that can be rented seperately in addition to the main house for larger groups.

Lower guest house per week is: 300.00 US (low season) - 400.00 US.(high season)  bedroom, 1 bath, kitchenette w/courtyard view.

Upper guest house per week is 300.00 (low season) - 40.00 US (high season) 

1 bedroom w/2 full size beds, 1 bath w/ocean view.
