Vacation Rental Description

St. Augustine, the nations oldest city, is also one of the nations 
most charming.  Located between Northeast and Central Florida, St 
Augustine is convenient to Jacksonville, Orlando and Daytona 
airports.  Its mild winter climate helps attract more than two 
million visitors a year.

St Augustine has a delightful historic district, with cobblestone 
streets and quaint cafes, bars, unique shops, antique stores and 
exceptional dining.  Pier Pointe South condominiums are located 
right on a large expanse of beach, directly next to the Pier.  From
right out our door you can walk for miles on this beautiful beach.
This is a great destination for families, with lots of things for
children of all ages to do.

Our condominium has been recently and completely redecorated and 
includes all amenities.  The unit is two stories, with the kitchen,
dining area and living room plus bath located on the main floor.
There is an adjoining balcony that overlooks the pool with ocean
views.  The top floor has the king size master suite with ocean view,
and the second bedroom comes with twin beds.  There are TV's  with 
cable in the master suite and living room.  The condo has wood 
floors and ceiling fans throughout.

 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Local phone, air conditioning, two cable TVs, VCR, Stereo, CD 
player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice 
maker, cooking utensils, and linens provided.  Washer, dryer and
outdoor pool.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, snorkeling/Diving, boating, sailing, water-skiing, surfing,
windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, fishing, shopping, golf and
great dining.
