Vacation Rental Description

Two one bedroom homes (one upper, one lower) at the water's edge 
overlooking Coos Bay. Upper unit allows for no more than two persons, 
lower unit no more than three (sofa bed in lower unit will accommodate 
one child or adult). Both units are strictly non-smoking nor 
are pets allowed. These quaint, comfortable homes are located 
within three miles of some of the greatest crabbing along the Oregon 
coast, as well as excellent clamming beds just yards away. Ample 
parking is available for a boat or extra vehicles. The view from each 
is spectacular, encompassing the bay, the Oregon dunes just across 
it, and even ships and boats sometimes passing in the night. Both 
units have a glass enclosed deck. The quiet of these homes is 
compromised only by the occassional wind off the bay, the slapping of 
the waves along the shore, and the numerous seabirds flocking on the 
beach. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Each unit is equipped with a comfortable queen bed, cable TV with cd 
player, hi-speed wireless internet, washer/dryer combo, stove, 
refrigerator, and general kitchen dishes and utensils. The upper unit 
has an Italian stone bath while the lower a ceramic bath. The upper 
unit does have a dishwasher. Both units come with all towels, linens 
and related amenities.

Activities and Attractions

Within ten miles are salt and fresh water fishing, boat charters, 
crabbing, clamming, hiking, kayaking, bird watching, whale watching, 
beaches to comb, dunes to explore, all things related to a stay along 
the beautiful Oregon coast. Some magnificent golf courses are in the 
area, particularly in Bandon twenty-five miles south. Nearby are 
plenty of great restaurants, markets, gift shops and a five star 
casino.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Unit rates are $149 daily weekday, $169 daily weekend, and $189 daily 
Holiday. A two night minimum stay is required for daily renters. Weekly
rate per unit is $899. Daily and weekly rates are subject to tax (1%).
Arrival time is no earlier than 4pm, departure time no later than 11am.
Please allow at least forty-eight hours for cancellations.

Monthly rates, during the off season, are negotiable. However, a one-time
$75 non-refundable cleaning fee will be required per unit, along with a
$250 refundable security deposit per unit. Full advance payment is also
required thirty days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy is no less than
thirty days. Monthly rates are not available during the summer season.
