***** NO COLLEGE SPRING BREAKERS - SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL ONLY ***
We do NOT rent to groups of students or those under 25. Not a college age or twenty something getaway. Families with children, and mature adults only. Must be 25 or older to rent. sign contract and must occupy the house.
Saturday to Saturday rentals only from April 7 thru August 25th. $75 off on first APRIL week rental.

For those that do not want stairs, this is a one story, family house for 8. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 Full baths, and is located on the 1ST beach block. (Not 2 or 3 block walk to the beach, you don't want to walk blocks to get to the beach) Laguna Beach has what every rental does not have, a direct path to the beach that have ""no beach stairs". (Note: All rentals do not have a direct path).
This "quiet" west end beach block with "year round" residents has a 1 mile stretch of undeveloped beach. (No high rises). We are 2 blocks from the a full grocery store/gift shop with full line of wine/liquor. A little distance more is the "best" #1 doughnut/breakfast shop in PCB. The new Hot spot "Pier Park" in PCB with multi shops and movies is just 4 miles away. ( Across from Frank Brown Park.)

The living room has a LG "47inch HGTV" flat screen TV/DVD with Comcast TV with DVD player. WIFI Internet high speed hookup for your computer is included. Central air throughout with ceiling fans in all rooms. New dining set seats eight.
The kitchen has a large 26 cubic ft refrigerator. (You need this frig space) a "double" oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffemaker/with filters, salt/pepper, spice rack, "crock pot", with Gas BBQ utensils & cooler. Our beach home has a full size washer and dryer. (Including are most cleaning supplies, dish washer soap, washer soap, trash bags provided, along with saran/tin foil and some paper supplies).
All bath & kitchen linens, and **8 Beach Towels** (These not included in most rentals.). We also include new every year "8" beach chairs/umbrella. For kids and baby we have a "Pack and Play" sleeper & other kid "stuff" buckets & shovels, & wagon to pull kids or lunch/cooler to the short walk to the beach. Just pack your swim suit and come.
Bedroom #1 Has King Bed and 36"Flat screen TV /DVD #2 Bedroom has Queen Bed and tv /DVD -- Bedroom #3 is the Tommy Bahama room. Sleeps 4-Queen bed and a pull out double sofa bed, tv /DVD player for movies. This room is the perfect quiet place where we keep our "42" movie library & books for our guests enjoyment. Kids & family can just kick back watching TV or find a peaceful moment alone.
Large "fenced" back yard has a gas BBQ grill"(gas provided no charcol to buy). Patio set seats 8 people.
Non-smoking house. There is no smoking inside the home. *Car port/porch has table & chairs to enjoy morning coffee.
If staying less than 5 days small dog requires a 100. fee

Beach activities Just 4 miles from Frank Brown recreational park softball/soccer facilities & swimming. We are 4 miles from the new "Pier Park" and all the new stores, Target, and many eating spots including the new Jimmy Buffet eatery, also a new 10 screen movie house. Our house is just 8 miles from 30A Rosemary Beach and 15 miles from very popular Seaside shopping and eating spots.
