For those that do not want steps, this is a one story,  family home for 8 that has 3 bedrooms, 2 Full baths, and is located on the 1ST beach block on quiet Malaga Place in Laguna Beach that has a  direct path to the beach that have ""no steps".  (Note: All rentals do no have a direct path).  This quiet west end block with year round residents has a 1 mile stretch of undeveloped beach.  We are 2 blocks from a full grocery store/gift shop which has a full line of wine and liquor.   A little distance more is the "best" #1 doughnut shop in PCB which also serves breakfast and lunch.  The new Hot spot "Pier Park" in PCB is just 4 miles away. ( Across from Frank Brown Park.)

The living room has a "37" flat screen TV with Comcast TV. Internet hookup for your computer is included. There is central air throughout with ceiling fans in every room. Seperate dining area seats eight. (Plus bar stools at counter)

The kitchen has a new double oven with glass top, refrigerator with ice and water on the door, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffemaker/with filters, "crock pot", with BBQ utensils & cooler. Our beach home has a full size washer and dryer. (Most cleaning supplies, dish washer soap, trash bags provided)

All bath & kitchen linens, and ** 8 Beach Towels** (these not included in most rentals.) We also include  6 new  beach chairs/umbrella. (For kids and baby we have a Pack and Pack sleeper & other kid "stuff" buckets & shovels, & wagon to pull kids or lunch/cooler to the short walk to the beach.

Bedroom #3 is the Tommy Bahama room. Kids and adults love this bedroom.  It has a full size bed and a pull out sofa bed, with TV and "DVD" player for movies. This room is the perfect quiet place where we keep our 42 movie library & books for our guests enjoyment.  Kids & family can just kick back watching TV or find a peaceful moment alone.

Large "fenced" back yard has a brand new triple gas BBQ grill".  Patio set  seats 8 people.   

Non-smoking house. There is no smoking inside the home. *Car port has table & chairs to enjoy morning coffee.
Small dogs (under 30 pounds) approved upon request.  Family small dog requires an additional 100. pet fee large dog 120. additional dog $50(non-refundable.)  Holiday week additional 50.00

Beach activities Just 4 miles from Frank Brown recreational park softball/soccer facilities & swimming. We are 4 miles from the new "Pier Park" and all the new stores, Target, Penney's, and many eating spots including the new Jimmy Buffet eatery, also a new 10 movie house. Our house is just 8 miles from Rosemay Beach and 15 miles from very popular Seaside shopping and eating spots.
